I was very leary with putting my truck inthe hands of someone else. I was quoted anywhere from $1200-$2200 from other places and when I got the quote from Gold Star I was, well, doubtful it could be done. Ellen assured me that all would be ok and that my truck would go into goods hands. I was leaving my truck with a friend to send out so I would be at destination in time before arrival of truck for inspection of delivery. There was some complications with the drivers rig and I was not notified of his extra delay. I found out the delay when I called Rob to see if he picked up truck without problems, he said he called Gold Star but no one ever called me. Would I use their service again? IN A MINUTE if needed. Would I recommend to others? OF COURSE. I was without my vehicle an extra 7 days but was saved upwards of $1300. Surprisenly also on an open trailer I only had 4 bug spots on my truck. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS AND I WOULD USE AGAIN IF NEEDED AS WELL!!! THANKS ELLEN.
