After shipping vehicles for a couple of years now, I would have to say this company that my brokerage used was absolutely SUBPAR! Had a 2020 luxury vehicle shipped with them since they were the “only ones” available on short notice. Red flag #1. They picked the vehicle up on a dark rainy evening and took pictures (standard procedure) of the vehicle while noting imperfections that didn’t exist. Upon loading…the vehicle BARELY fit into their trailer, so bad that the driver couldn’t get out of the drivers side door. Although the delivery was a day early the care that was taken with the vehicle was totally unacceptable. A noticeable 20 inch side swipe on the panel of the left side of the car occurred under their supervision but no accountability for the damage despite video footage of the damage occurring while in their custody. If you want to save yourself the headache and heartache PLEASE avoid them at ALL cost. Pay the true professionals, not these money grabbers.
