A big disappointment

The driver arrived with my classic car on time. He could hardly speak one word of English and had to use his smart phone to interpret. My car was delivered in an enclosed trailer that was so narrow, the driver has to enter and exit through the window. He had to squeeze in between my car and the side of the trailer to release the tie downs. When he unloaded my car I observed that he had a "D"ring or carabiner attached to his front belt loop. I inspected my car at belt buckle height and found numerous scuff marks and scratches. When I pointed them out to the driver, he became indignant. It cost me $200.00 to have my detailer buff out the scratches. I would advise you to avoid using this auto transport shipper.
