This is a complete scam. They are going to give you a cheapest rate in the country, but will never commit to that rate. I was given a rate of $395 to deliver me a car from upstate New York to Georgia, 890 miles. l signed a contract and gave them a $100 deposit. A day before a scheduled pick up, they said they found a driver, but $150 more expensive. I declined that offer and they said they will continue searching, but the rate they originally gave me was too low and they won’t be able to find me a driver. I cancelled the order and they promised to return my deposit within 5-7 business days. It’s been already more than 9 days and I still did not get my deposit. I called to my bank and put that transaction on dispute. I also filled out a complaint with a BBB. Please stay away from this company. They are unprofessional, dishonest and rude!!!
