Overall, the company is really not bad. They were late in solving the pick-up but found someone within 3 days. Told me the vehicle would be picked up at the house but I had to meet the driver at a truck stop and the driver was late, but very nice guy. Ended up paying more money than quoted. At least the car was picked up and delivered in good condition.
