This was the worst experience ever. They told me they would pick up my car in a week which was a Monday and deliver it to me on Wednesday for $495.00. None of this was true. What they don't tell you is that they are just a broker so they don't know when it will be picked up nor do they know for how much. After many, many frustrating phone calls, it turned out they were unable to get me my vehicle, but kept leading me on telling me they were in touch with someone that would do it for a much higher price, but needed proof of insurance from them or some other excuse. I finally requested a refund on my deposit of $150.00 (which I later discovered that a reputable company never would have charged until the car was picked up). When I received the refund check and deposited in my bank, it BOUNCED!! Unbelievable!!! This story has a happy ending - I found another transporter who picked up my car immediately and had it to me in one day. Shame on you Global Express. You're deceitfull practices has gotten you nothing but an unhappy customer.
