Avoid this mover at all costs. First, they picked up my car much later than promised. After 5 days, the car had still not left Washington State (the origin State) because, apparently, the truck that picked it up had a problem. This information was relyaed to me by the truck driver when I called him to inquire when he woudl be arriving. He asked me to call his boss, the contracted agent (Auto Shipping LLC in Kent, WA), but my calls went answered. I then called Global Express Auto Transport, but no one answered on the first few tries. When my call was finally answered, the lady on the other side was so rude and all she kept saying was that the contract said they had no control over problems such as poor weather or the truck breaking down. While I get that a truck breaking down on the road or bad weather can cause delays, this was a case where the truck had not even left the State of origin. The lady at Global Express insisted that I had to wait until the truck was fixed and that they couldn't re-assign my vehicle to another truck. At this point, I don't know when my car will arrive and don't even trust that it will be in the same condition they picked it up.
These folks are greedy for business, but do not follow through as expected. I would NEVER use this company again and warn others not to.
