This company is terrible and Eugene is fully responsible. GetCarrier blames it on the driver and the driver blames it on GetCarrier. I paid a company to ship my 60k vehicle. I don't care how their business model works. The onus is on the company that took my money and provided the quote. The car was supposed to show up Sunday. Communication is abysmal and I had to keep reaching out to get a status. They are reactive and take no ownership. Once the driver finally called me he did not show up on the day he said. I had to call him and tell him there is only 1 time that does not work and that is Wednesday at 2. After not showing up again on Tues he said he would call first thing Wed morning. No call. I call him at 12 and he said he will be here at 1. It's 1:30 and I call again and he says he will be here at 2. I tell him that is the only time that doesn't work for me and I told him days in advance. He says he'll call me back to figure out something. He just shows up at 1:55. I tell him I can't do this right now and he needs to wait until my meeting is over. He continues to unload and holds the keys in front of me. I enter my house after holding my ground. He pounds on my door while I'm in a meeting with my boss and loads the car up and takes off. He is now unresponsive and has my 60k car. STAY AWAY FROM EUGENE AND DAN!
