I had actually scheduled transport with a different company (BBB ranked at A+) that wasn’t working well with me for 2 weeks before needed. In a panic, I called GetCarrier and when I spoke with Zack Gallows, he asked when the service was needed. The very next morning, two ambitious and extremely friendly men carefully loaded my pickup and said delivery from Detroit MI to Raleigh NC would happen overnight. The pickup arrived at 6:30am in perfect condition and again a very pleasant chat with the driver. Zach texted or called me to be sure I was happy during each step of this process, offering support. Zack offered his phone number to contact with any questions/concerns, wanting to be certain my needs were met. I recommend GetCarrier to anyone who wants a STRESSFREE experience.
