David at Get It Done Transportation did a good job despite several changes in car availability. I have never bought a car from out of state before, so I had no idea that it could be such a long process. I had to send all sorts of information to the dealership, and then they had to send me paperwork for me to sign and send back, etc. They told me it should be available for pickup as soon as they got the certified check, and then once they got it, they said it couldn't be picked up until the check cleared. Due to this, David had to reschedule the pickup several times. His original pickup date was within his promised timeframe. The actual pickup was 14 days after the car was actually available, and the car was delivered 11 days later. The driver wanted me to come meet him to get the car, but when I told him that I couldn't, he agreed to deliver to a truck stop within walking distance of my house. Overall, I am satisfied with the service of Get It Done transportation. David had to do more work than I think is normal in my case, but he hung in there and got it done. I think if I had to change something, it would be to not arrange transportation until the vehicle is actually available.

Alec, Thank you for the review. I had 2 different carriers go to the dealership to pick up the volvo, and the car was still not ready, by the third it took a few extra days. I thank you for taking the time to write the review and I am glad I was able to get it done even through all the obstacles of the dealership. Dave Pein 954-688-9190
