Unfortunately, my experience echoes so many others. Had a agreed-upon price and they contacted the day they were supposed to pick up the vehicle demanding an extra $600. We responded that we were not interested to cancel the transaction and both Ed and Dave (claim to be brothers) cursed us out in separate text message threads (have screenshots happy to share with anyone, just ask) and threatened to file a lien on our vehicle. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and the Department of transportation which regulates these carriers. Ill also be filing reviews along with the screenshots at every place i can find.

t’s honestly impressive how much free time Peter seems to have, because his version of events has almost no resemblance to reality. What actually happened was very simple: an internal mix-up occurred. We were handling another customer’s shipment and shopping for lower carrier rates on their behalf. During that process, Ed accidentally discussed an alternate rate with Peter’s wife / the person who placed their order—when that conversation was intended for a completely different customer. The mistake was identified immediately, explained immediately, apologized for immediately, and the issue could have been resolved just as quickly. Instead, what followed was an over-the-top, completely disproportionate reaction. Rather than accepting a straightforward explanation for an honest human error, Peter and his wife chose to become verbally abusive. At that point, we decided we had no interest in doing business with them and refunded them immediately. We have no obligation to subject our employees or ourselves to that kind of behavior. After the refund was issued, you would think the matter would be over. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough. The calls and harassment continued long after there was nothing left to resolve. At some point, it stops being about customer service and starts looking like a hobby. We’ve been in business for 18 years and have successfully helped thousands upon thousands of customers transport their vehicles. Our reputation wasn’t built by arguing with people on the internet, it was built by providing honest service, communicating openly, and resolving issues when they arise. Honest mistakes happen in every business. The difference is how they’re handled, and we handled this one immediately. We also believe respect goes both ways. We treat our customers with professionalism, and we expect the same in return. Thankfully, the overwhelming majority of our customers are reasonable, appreciative people, and those are exactly the relationships we value. If you’re considering shipping a vehicle, don’t let one wildly exaggerated review outweigh 18 years of proven service and thousands of satisfied customers. Give us a call directly and judge us by our actual track record, not by someone who clearly had more interest in creating drama than telling the full story.
