I gave 1 star because it FINALLY did arrive at my destination. Any good reviews on this company they must hire people to write them. The quote from Get It Done was $2690. Charged my credit card $890 on 7/21 then $200 on 7/22. The driver who they brokered, by the way, calls when he's three days late and three hours away and says he'll only take cash. And it's $1900. No negotiation. So total was $2990. $300 more than quoted price. There's very little communication between Get it Done and myself or the especially the Driver and myself. I would text the company or the driver and they would only call me back, never text. I realized why. They don't want any evidence of what they tell you because it never happens. If you want a frustrating experience definitely just this company

To any potential client his review is in no way how we perform daily, unfortunately we did drop the ball and I reached out to Mike an attempted to make this right. Our communication is something we specialize in and on this order it seems we didn't do as needed as far as given updates. We transport OVER 12,000 cars a year and always go above and beyond for each client to make sure they are 100% happy and satisfied. Mike thank you for taking my call and giving me the opportunity to make right. We have been in business almost 2 decades and moved over 100,000+ cars.
