From the poor customer communication and service to the lack of willingness to ensure customer satisfaction, my advice to every consumer is stay far away from using this company and it’s contracted drivers.

To any potential client reading this please know Ursula was a repeat client and BOTH her transports with us went flawless as far as pick up time, delivery time, damage free and delivered at the exact cost she was quoted. Ursula issue is she is claiming her Tag/License plate was stolen which is impossible because the driver drove straight through non stop (short run)and she was on the second tier of the truck which is 6ft-9ft in the air so would be un humanly possible for this to happen. I explained to her maybe she didn't have it screwed on right or something and it flew off. Truth is we have been in business for close to two decades and stand behind all our work, we transport 12,000-15,000 cars annually and can count on one hand how many times we have issues, it is very rare.
