I cannot believe these characters want me to review their performance after the disastrous experience I had with them. As odd as it sounds I contracted with this company because they were the most expensive, thinking I would get great service. The contract was to transport a car from Las Vegas to Saint Louis. From the very beginning, and on several subsequent occasions and in writing I told them not to deliver the car until after October 4th as no one would be there to accept delivery. The car was delivered on Oct 1st and sure enough no one was there to accept delivery. The car ended up in Chicago and cost me an additional $300 to transport back to Saint Louis. Get It Done simply washed their hands of the whole ordeal. They offered no remedy, no refund, and, in fact, the owner was quite rude to me when I complained. The only follow-up I received is this email asking me to rate the company. That in itself says something about the company. My advice….stay as far away from this company as possible or you may be forking over an additional $300. A complaint with the BBB and DOT will also be filed.

to read the subject line, Total Inept Company is unfair and far from the truth as our history proves totally different, OVER 10,000 units moved a year and 17yrs in business proves otherwise but opinion Marys opinion is allowed. We send out a review request to each and every client that's why Mary received one we don't pick and chose who we send to, over 10,000 review request and thank you emails go out yearly. Mary car was picked up on the exact date she requested and although we try we NEVER guarantee drop off date as we are dealing with a 10 car hauler which means 10 different pick up's and drop offs throughout the route, it is road logistics many many factors can have a driver run ahead or behind schedule which is why we give a estimated delivery time with plenty of notice and communication. The gave her 4 different options to have the car delivered she chose none because she personally wanted to be there during drop off we asked for any friend, family member or co worker, we had a facility that would except delivery on her behalf, or we asked can we leave the car in her space all she refused. We apologized and tried to rectify it and she refused my apology which was also her right. Thank you for the opportunity to work for you. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
