I shipped my SUV from North Carolina to my grandson in Colorado. When we didn't hear anything from the transport company, we called the number provided by them to get an idea of when to expect the delivery. We were told to call a different number, then to text a 3rd number. And that message came from yet another number. We were finally informed the car would be delivered the following day. Too many red flags, so I called Dennis Addesso of Get It Done Transport who had arranged the transportation. In a matter of 15 minutes, we were informed the car would be delivered in 45 minutes!! And it was... It was a great relief knowing Dennis was always available to take my call or text. This was my 2nd shipment by Get It Done and again Dennis was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
