Extremely poor client experience

The contract I agreed on was $590, but the final price was $790. Communication from David and Joe was fair up until we agreed on the contract, then communication was almost non-existent! 3-4 day delivery turned into a week and a half. Refused to refund me for the extra $200 cost.

Colby, this review is very misleading to any one reading it. the quote received was 590.00. When you looked to get it expedited we said we had an option for a driver to load that day at 790.00... You did not have to chose the expedited service but you did. What you were upset about and did not even write was you wanted a next day delivery but that was never promised, it was promised that we had a driver that can load and delivery within 48hrs and that is what was done. All of our calls are recorded for customer quality assurance and to you or anyone wanted to hear the call is more then welcome. We transport close to 10,000 cars a year, been in business over a decade, all while being over 4.5 stars on every major platform. You dont have the ratings and longevity we have by not making sure each client is 1000% happy. We arent perfect but we do go above and beyond to make sure we exhaust all efforts to make sure each client is happy. thank you for the opportunity and feed back. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
