I'm new to transporting cars, so I entered my info on a broker site and received about 20 emails and phone calls asking for my business. It was very overwhelming! To narrow it down, I sent a lengthy email to all, asking for additional information, regarding their exact physical address, their licensing, insurance and deductibles, and how quickly to resolve any damage/liability. Ed, at Get it Done, was ONE of TWO out of the 20 that responded. He was very thorough, helpful, and patient while I asked many, many questions. He didn't promise anything he couldn't deliver and was truthful about the process. He put me at ease and was kind. He really wanted to win my business and do a great job. It was all of this that made me decide to go with him. I'm very happy that I did! The service that he provided very quick and my car was collected within 24hrs from confirmation and made it across country within 7 days. I'd happily use Ed in the future! Thanks!
