The service was excellent. Clear and quick communication via text message (our preferred method) with Matt, who was receiving our vehicle NY-side. He worked with us to find a convenient date and time. He then met with us and clearly explained the process. He was very friendly, answered all our questions and allowed us to take pictures of the car. He invited us to walk with him as he inspected the car, and he pointed out to us any marks he saw on it as he jotted them down in the sheet. He also encouraged us to take a picture of the original sheet we signed, as well as giving us the carbon copy (for legibility, he explained). The car was received in FL with no problems.
