Worst Experience Ever

As this was my first time when I've needed my car to be transported, I was hoping that this experience would be seamless. I couldn't have been more wrong in my entire life. So I scheduled my car to picked up during the daytime on Saturday because I was moving across the country and my flight was later that night. Ideally, I wanted this to be completed beforehand so that when I went flight I would have peace of mind that my car is being transported as I was flying. So I've made reservations with David, the manager, a couple weeks in advance and kept calling every couple days to make sure we had an understanding. As the week of my move approached, I called David as I've usually have been doing up until this point and he wasn't answering, so after many failed attempts I've left several voicemails, in hope that he'd call me back for confirmation. Later that week, I received a call from a contracting transport company stating that they're affliated with Get It Done, and they wanted to pick up my car on Friday, so I was unable to meet that arrangement becuase I work during the weekdays and I've already made arrangements for Saturday. Needless to day I denied the pickup and stated that Saturday was date for pickup. So I tried calling David that same day, to question the fact that I thought we've had an understanding...but of course he did not answer, so I left another voicemail and he not return any of my previous phone calls or voicemails. At this point I'm nervous because my flight is in a day and he is not reachable. So I called on Friday, to which he miraculously he answered. I told him the whole situation and he siad he'll check with them and get back to me shortly....and he didn't. Saturday is here and I'm hoping that although my calls are not being answered and voicemails are not being responded, that everything would go smooth. So as the hours go by nobody showed, and my flight was later that night. I tried one last time, and he answered...to where he was unaware that nobody picked up my car, so he said he'd get back to me shortly, which he didn't call me back. So I had to get on my flight knowing that he was barely answering nor returning my calls, and my car was still back at the previous location. After getting off my flight, which was Sunday at that point, I've called and he finally answered stating he'd call me back again. Needless to say he didn't. This was the worst experience ever, I had to get a more reputable company to move it. Which this event was problematic for them because I was not made aware that I wasn't suppose to have packed things on my car seats, and I took my car key with me because of their neglience. These peliminary things were not informed to me, throughout the countless amounts of phone calls. He only took my money and ignored me after that. So I urge everyone to take precaution when dealing with this company. Their level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I'm sure there are better companies out there.

Travis, reading your review is challenging because i know this isnt how it went down. In logistics we never guaranteed a specific date we always have a 24hr window for pick up with plenty of communication- each order is given the driver name, number and insurance so you know who is coming. We only use driver rated 98% or better with premium insurance and 5yrs driving experience or more. The driver called you late friday to tell you he wanted to load the car he was running a tad a head of schedule YOU refused stating I contracted for tomorrow thats when you'll get it, the driver then told you ok I wil be there by 8am you told him this was to early. At this point the driver just canceled the load and asked me to try and locate aother driver for you. With such short notice I couldnt find another driver to load in less then 12hrs like you demanded. In summary we had the driver assigned, you refused to let him pick up 12hrs early then you wanted then when he said ok first thing in the morning you told him it was to early. I am sorry it didnt work out nothing more I want to make sure each customer is 100% satisfied and we did not do that with your order. I will look at all things considered and try and always get better. We do have 100's of positive reviews all over the net which proves this is not common and our success rate for happy clients is extremely high. to any potential client we also have 1000's of references upon request from any state to share their experience with you.
