Pretty Disappointing Service

We chose Get It Done because of the stellar online reviews. The price was great and the booking went smoothly. When I received the confirmation email after paying, I noticed the pick up date was wrong. I called a few times and finally spoke with David. He said it wouldn’t be a problem to change the order and would send me an updated order invoice. I never received the update. Both my husband and I called several times over the course of 2-4 days looking to get in touch with anyone who would answer the phone. We needed to confirm that this would all be taken care of before we moved out of state and since it was our first time shipping a car, thought there might be some kind of instructions or guidelines to follow because never received any follow up communication. David nor Kat never called us back after various emails, calls, and a text to the number on the website labeled as “24 hour support.” On the day we needed the car to be picked up and what had been selected initially during the booking, my husband finally got in touch with someone who said they couldn’t do it and that wasn’t our order pick up date. Luckily he was put in touch with the third party carrier who made last minute arrangements and were SO unbelievably nice. The driver, Alex, who delivered my car at the final destination was also extremely accommodating. This third party carrier is the only reason we felt confident that things would go smoothly and in the end, did. I don’t quite know what happened with our arrangement or order but I wouldn’t recommend Get It Done to anyone in the future just out of fear of miscommunication.

Allie, Thank you for your feedback. I will look into was there was a slight hiccup in communication. Ultimately it seems you had a great experience with the carrier which is why we only use carriers rated 98% or better with 5yrs driving experience to assure all our clients are in good hands. We did explain once dispatched the driver would be in communication with you since he is on route and knows timing (scheduling pick up times / drop off times) reading your full review it sounds like he did this. I am sorry you werent 100% satisfied and take your feedback very serious. We will look into this and look to correct so there are no issues in the future. We do have 100's of positive reviews all over the net which proves this is not common and our success rate for happy clients is extremely high. to any potential client we also have 1000's of references upon request from any state to share their experience with you.
