Dishonest from the start

Very quickly took my deposit and two weeks later...nothing but a line of bull crap and bogus excuses. Claims to be family business hoping that helps make his scam more legit. PLEASE do not use this company. It may not matter because I have a feeling this compny is not going to be around much longer with customer service like this. Now comes the hard part and try getting my money back.

Hi Paul, thank you for writing some feedback. I do apologize you werent 100% satisfied. The facts to this order is you went with a dishonest broker before us and were extreamly paranoid from the begining I should have turned down the order but against my better judgement I tried to get you out of the jam the other company got you in and in return it got me a bad review, wasted my drivers time and fuel and cost me money to pay him for a dry run. Your deposit was charged once a carrier was assigned, we do not charge a deposit until then. Once the driver was assigned I promised to have your vehicle delivered to you by Friday which is tomorrow (7/13) today is Thursday (7/12) and you panicked when you couldnt get a hold of me today. My driver got to the dealership to load your car and you advised the car lot not to release the car to him. I was out of the office all day, I apologized I was in jury duty and tried to call you once I got out to explain this to you, you wouldnt answer my call rather text me telling me to cancel the order and refund your deposit which I did immediately (see below). We have been in the industry 17yrs strong that isnt by accident the reason our Family Business has been around so long is we do everything we can to make sure each client is satisfied and when they are not we will do whatever it takes to make it up to them. We transport close to 10,000 cars a year and have a succes rate of 99.99999% of happy clients. Any reviews good and bad are a very small piece of the work we do and should not be a relection of our company. We have over 1000 5 star reviews and 22-25 un happy reviews all over the net its rare but we do take responsibilty and look for all feed back good and bad.
