Some communication issues but transport itself was great

Overall, my car was transported promptly and securely without any issue, for a more-than-reasonable cost. My only issues came with regards to the communication. I had to follow up a handful of times to confirm my exact pickup time, and while I had initially been given information that my car would take 2-3 days to ship, I was told at the time of my pickup that it would be less than a day, and thus had to change my flight to arrive at the destination in time. I do appreciate the lack of spam emails and phone calls, which I've received a lot of from other operators.
