I received several quotes to transport my car and chose get it done. I chose them because they were the cheapest, could meet my dates, and Dave the owner was extremely responsive to emails. My quote was for $490 all inclusive. $190 deposit and $300 paid to driver on delivery. On Sunday 4/23 I paid the $190 and was told the car would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday and delivered on Friday or Saturday. I took Friday off to ensure I'd be available for delivery. On Wednesday I hadn't heard from the driver to arrange a time. After 2 emails and 3 calls Dave finally called back. Said he'd check into it and call me right back. I never heard from him. On Thursday the car was picked up. A day late but would still be delivered by my deadline of May 1st so not the end of the world. I was more upset over the lack of communication at this point. On Saturday 4/29 the driver called to arrange delivery at noon on Sunday 4/30. He told me that cash on delivery was $400. I informed him it was $300 based on my written quote and deposit. His response was if I didn't give him $400 he wouldn't give me my car. I immediately tried to reach Dave through email and phone with no luck. I continued to email and call all day Saturday and Sunday morning. Finally Dave emailed back and said to give the driver the $400 and he would refund $100 to my credit card, call me in 15 minutes, and email proof of the credit to my card. It's been a week and despite multiple attempts to contact Dave have not heard from him or received my refund. I'm happy to provide all of the emails as proof to anyone considering using this company. Pay a little more and get honest responsive service.

I can assure any potencial client we work around the clock to make sure each and every client is 100% satisfied. Also we have 17 complaints in 2 years and have moved OVER 20,000 units in this same time frame thats 99.99999999% success rate of happy clients. We do GUARANTEE our rates. I see in the system the 100.00 difference was refunded as promised. The first driver we had assigned had a mechanical issue so we had to reassign to a different carrier which had different payment terms. This is why the confusion took place but was clearer explained. Once the car was delivered we received the paper work 4 days later from the driver and the deposit was refunded. Joy I tried to call you if you check your card you will see this was done. I sincerely apologize you werent 100% happy, and will also send you a AMEX gift card for 100.00 for you troubles.
