Pickup delayed by many days and charged extra

After drawing money there was no contact. No firm pick up date was given. Did not pick up on time time.tie was delayed by days . later charged $50 more on the day of transaction. Very unprofessional.

Parthiban, First I want to apologize you werent 100% satisfied. I would never discredit a customer because whether wrong or right I take full responsibility. However, this review is very miss leading to any potencial clients. There was plenty of contact with your wife we spoke to her at least 2 times a day, correct there was no firm date, when you booked we stated because of the rural area you were being picked up at we would need a 3 day window to get the driver there (this was confirmed before you agreed to book). Also the 50.00 increase was between you and the driver because you had the car packed with personnel belongings. As explained when booking your allowed up to 150lbs at no additional cost anything over that is between you and the driver. He didnt just charge you an extra 50.00 he gave an option of keeping it under 150lbs or over but if you did over it would be 50.00 more. This was explained before loading the vehicle. We transport over 10,000 cars a year, thats 700 cars a month negative experiences are very rare for our family company and we take them very personal. Unfortunately this is one that seems like there was nothing else we could do to please the client. Thank you again for allowing us to work for you. David Pein 888-325-1899
