My only complaint is with the confusion about payment. I was never told that the driver would need cash when the car was delivered. Although the car was delivered to my house, the driver needed a ride back to his truck. Only when we arrived back at his rig did he ask for payment (I thought I was paying Get It Done). Because he could/would not take a credit card, this necessitated another round trip back to my house so that I could pay him. This could have been avoided if it had been clearer what the payment situation would be. I also did not realize that Get It Done Transport is merely a broker and not involved in the transport itself. As I had paid a deposit to Get It Done, I assumed final payment would be the same way. Otherwise, I was happy with the transport and although the delivery was a bit later than promised, the driver was good about keeping in touch with me about his progress.
