Constant Communication is Always Key

Get It Done was the agent I used to transport my car roughly 200 miles. Once I submitted my information for a price quote, contact was made immediately. After reviewing several offers I chose this one. Unfortunately, my car was not picked up until 7pm though I was assured that it would be picked up earlier in the day and delivered to me the same day. I had to wait until the next day for delivery. My only real complaint is a lack of contact and response from my queries as to the status of my pickup and delivery. Even after calling my agent directly and having him promise to get back with me, I received no response until I called back again. I tried reaching out to the driver directly and still no response until I made further calls. This is my first time transporting a car so I don't know how these services generally work, but I expect a certain level of good customer service and to me that means keeping the customer well-informed every step of the way. Definitely, if you say that you're going to call the client back - do it! Also, having my agent mention that he is out of the office is really not an acceptable response. If you're not in your office for whatever reason, someone else should be available to respond to a customer's issue in a timely manner I'll give them a reasonable rating because they did do what I hired them to do - just not in a very user-friendly manner.

Micheal, I do apologize for the driver being delayed picking up. He was scheduled for the morning pick up but due to another client not being home due to her flight being delayed when they went to drop her car off (which was almost 100 miles from you) the driver had to wait almost 3hrs for her. We did in fact communicate this with you and am happy to say the car was picked up the day as promised and delivered damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. To any potential client- Get it Done Transportation transports close to 800 cars a month, we try very hard to give nothing less then a 5 star experience. We do have over 1000 references across country at any clients request to prove we go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.
