I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about moving my son's pickup truck via a broker. I had worked in the new vehicle transport industry years ago and was aware of some of the problems which can come up. After we started getting quotes I conferred with a friend at a new car dealership and he thought the rates were unbelievably low. That reinforced the concerns. We then started to read customer reviews on the companies quoting and that had an impact upon selecting Get It Done. Get It Done was by no means the "cheapest" but we felt the rate was fare. They promptly returned multiple phone calls and very professional.

My son's truck was being transported about 300 miles. The trip was posted mid-morning and his pickup was being loaded onto an open carry trailer the SAME AFTERNOON. When I talked to my son about the condition of the equipment, he said, don't worry dad there is a BMW on the truck already, the equipment is clean and the driver seems to be a good guy.

The pickup was delivered the following day with no damages. It was being delivered to a service station with difficult traffic patterns to enter and after conferring with the owner - there were no delivery problems. We had less than 48 hours involved from start to finish and great service. Why wouldn't we be anything but Very Satisfied. Ecstatic might be a better adjective.

There was a deposit required and a cash payment due upon arrival. I dropped off the cash ahead of time at the destination. We had NO PROBLEMS with any aspect of the move.

We would use Get It Done again.
