After speaking with several other companies and getting the impression that this business employs car salesman like "sharks", who would not answer my questions properly, seemed like they were reading from a script, and was so aggressive I had to hang up the phone on a couple of them due to their relentlessness. It was a breath of fresh air to finally speak with Kat at get it done. She was knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and patient. Every other company didn't even ask if I was interested and assumed I was, they all wanted was my credit card number before they were finished talking. Unlike the other businesses I spoke with, get it done didn't try to rush into "closing" me. They gave me the facts, provided me a quote, answered any other questions I had, and told me to think about it. They did not try to rush me into deciding, which I found refreshing to say the least. I know there are many places that we can choose from when purchasing these services and I'm glad I went with these guys. Everything they said would happen had happened.
1. I got hammered with calls and call backs from other companies that wanted my business and would not take "let me think about it" as an answer
2. Get it done said they wouldn't bother me and they didn't. They provided me with information, answered all my questions properly and left me to decide whose services I will use.
3. Told me when the transport would be picking up my car and it was within the hour.
4. Told me when the transport would arrive in arizona and they were in the window as well.
5. Gave me a price of $1,050.00 and I got charged $1,050.00

I recommend using this company for sure, they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Believe or not but some companies these days do not hold themselves to those standards. Get it done did and I'm glad I made the right decision. In the future I will be using them again and will refer anyone that is asking to get it done. They did "get it done" .
