Going the extra mile for customer....

My initial contact was with Kat and it was a pleasure dealing with her. I received an email stating the dispatch company picking up the car would contact me with details of pick up and delivery information. That company did not contact me prior to picking up my auto; they then told the person releasing the vehicle to them that there would be an additional charge because there were items in my car.

I was appalled. I contact Dave, the owner, and he was as surprised as I was the driver had indicated there would be more money owed. He promised to pay the money himself if the driver did, in fact, charge me when my car was delivered.

He went above and beyond regular customer service to assist me after he was informed of the problems. My hope is he will not use that driver in the future.

I do appreciate his generosity in offering to pay anything that was charged over my initial quote. That is more than anyone could reasonably expect. I would be happy to provide a good reference for this company!
