The communication was very poor. I had multiple unreturned phone calls, emails, and texts trying to get a pickup day/ time. I was just about to contact another broker/carrier, when I got a surprise phone call from the driver who was 20 minutes away from the vehicle. The lack of communication and advance notice (and it was almost 7 PM) made us inconvenience an acquaintance to handle the pickup and pre-transport inspection. The same lack of communication occurred regarding the delivery. I sent texts and emails to the dispatch number and email address to get an ETA and never got a response; again, eventually just hearing from the driver directly.
The driver-Ricky Johnson of Johnson Enterprises-was courteous and communicated as necessary.

Jeanie, Although I do find it baffling that a unit that was picked up and delivered on time, w/ no damage at the exact price you were quoted only received a 2 star review, I have no choice but to respect your opinion. As you see through our 1000 plus reviews online we are praised for our customer service and communication, in your case I was out of the office due to my son breaking his leg at soccer and you were calling my desk direct not the main office line. However, you did receive a email with the estimated pick up/delivery date(s) as well as insurance info, the carrier/drivers name and phone numbers.
