I had a need '78 pickup to be transported. Kat was quick to respond and had a driver ready to go in 1 day. Unfortunately when the driver arrived, the vehicle wouldn't stay running long enough to be loaded. Obviously not the fault of Get it done or the driver. Kat re-submitted the bid for $100 as non-operational to see if there would be any takers. During this period, the truck was made operational by some simple carburator adjustments. Once I got news of this, I contacted Get it done to let them know. Once again a driver was found quickly and it was loaded the next day. My only complaint in this process was that I was not informed that the extra $100 for the quote was still intact as the vehicle was now running and didn't require a "special" trailer set up to load it. I contacted Dave and he and I came to an agreement on final price. We decided to split the additional costs as this was a very fluid process and I was OK with paying the extra $50 especially since they were able to find a great carrier in such a short amount of time.
