Dave explained process to me as a first time user of such service. Information was accurate. Vehicle delivered to my mechanic after hours on a Friday night. Email instructing me that the vehicle was COD was hung up in spam. I provided driver Dave's cell phone number and Dave took care of payment to the driver so that I did not need to go to them and the vehicle was released to my mechanic. Yes, I would use this service again if such a need arises.
