The price was competitive and both non running cars arrived in one piece. Really that's all I wanted. Get it Done simply finds drivers with good track records to transport cars. I'm pretty sure, once a carrier is booked, Get it Done moves on to the next job, sort of not following up with the driver far as on time pick ups, troubles with mechanicals, etc... As it turned out, the transporter got into an accident the day of pick up and had no intention of picking up my cars on schedule. This matter if not addressed could be a huge issue for some people. I was left in the dark as the driver never bother to contact anyone about the problems he was having. In my opinion, Get it Done should pick up the slack and follow up the proposed schedules making sure the job(s) actually "gets done". I the customer was forced to call the carrier. I then had to contact the guy I bought the cars from in CA. He in turn was in touch with the carrier. They set up a pick up date more than a week later. It took that long for the carrier to fix his truck. All said and done, I feel I did much too much leg work on my own to make this delivery happen. Be prepared for the unforeseen and be prepared to make some calls on your part. I know this review seems negative, but in reality it is not. I'd actually use Get it Done again. Hopefully they learn something from these reviews. They seem like good people. I enjoyed working with them.

As promised your price did not change even with all the extra parts.Your right we do hire carriers with GREAT track records all must be rated 98% or better w/ 5 yrs driving experience or more, and that is what separates us from our competitors. We do follow up with every client, and the driver throughout the route to make sure everything is going smooth, we also offer a 24 hour customer service line directly to the owner.
