the driver was on time pick up and delivery no issues with him. Get it done however, fine at first, before the vehicle was picked up. Starting the day before the vehicle was delivered i tried to contact them left multiple messages and got no return call on those messages until after i already received my vehicle. They sent me an email before the vehicle was picked up saying i would owe the driver $1,250
but then later on the delivery day when i finally got a person on the phone said they messed up there quote then followed that up with an email in all caps and red letters and anybody in customer service should know that all caps in an email insinuates yelling, so i'm not really sure why there yelling at me telling me that they screwed up. I will not use this company again.

Phillip Paul, thank you so much for your feed back, although I do encourage all feedback good/bad, your review can be very misleading to our clients. Your price of $1450.00 NEVER changed.(G.I.D. guarantees our prices). I do apologize if you feel there was miscommunication. Your quoted and signed contracted price was 1450.00 as promised. Your initial deposit was $200.00 and $1250.00 COD, when the carrier contracted he requested 1300.00 COD, not $1250.00. Rather then over charge or change your price, we changed your deposit to $150.00 instead of $200.00 (check your statement). Absolutely, nothing changed about your total price, only your deposit was $50.00 less and went to the COD amount. As shows in our 625 plus 5 star reviews, our customer service is what we pride ourselves on, I read the email that was sent to you explaining this, it was in CAPS and Red writing to separate from the previous emails, (which is no different then how we do all our revised emails) no disrespect was intended ever. I am sorry but you took her email out of context. Please dont take this the wrong way but in school we were taught exclamation points represented yelling not all caps. Thank you for your feedback and we will move forward learning how to always get better through all feedback positive or constructive. Thank you Dave Pein 888-325-1899
