Please read my review completely,
Selected Gotitdone transportation after reading reviews, did not do any bargain but Dave gave a good quote.
I was assigned to HLL, Texas based carriers. The actual problem started with these people. Please do not accept these HLL carriers if you have been assigned for your transportation. Even if you get these carriers for cheap do not accept them.
They did not pick up my car on time, on the day of pick-up the people came so late at night and forced me to pay them extra $75 stating the load in my car. I have made sure with Dave that the car can carry 100 pounds. They never bothered about weight and started forcing me to pay extra money stating some stupid reasons or cancel the pick-up. I made all my arrangements and had no chance to cancel.
Even after agreeing to pay extra $ 75, they delayed my car delivery by one week. These people are very difficult to deal, completely unprofessional and unmanageable. Once they have your car they will do everything according to their own terms and conditions. They do not care about customers.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE HLL CARRIERS.
BUT Dave and Susan were all along with me during this entire process and also REFUNDED THE EXTRA MONEY that I payed the carriers.
If I have work transport again, I will choose gotitdone transportation team for their inergrity

We pride ourselves w/ dealing with the most reputable carriers in the industry by checking their rating, background, insurance and bond, but unfortunately from a very rare time to time you learn from who someone is only when adversity hits. Thats what separates us. Like you said if things get bumpy WE ARE HERE! In addition to refunding your money we also rated HLL negatively and warned other brokers of the way they treated you.
