Nice experience

Since the begin I was lucky to find this company after 2 bad experience with other carriers, my transaction to transport my car took me 20 days. The car was ready to be picked up since Jan 2nd and for unknown reason the car was sitting in CT until Jan 15th. At that point I was very frustrated for this situation and I found get it done who resolve my problem right away, my car was picked up within 2 days since I called them. Kat was very helpful she told me that there is an available truck in that area to pick up my car. The only thing it was confused was at the time of delivery. the car was suppose to be delivered Sunday the 20th, the driver left a message on my phone to do it, then I replay to him stating that it was better on Monday because I was working at that time, fine..I called him Monday morning to set up the delivery and he told me he was very busy , that probably he will do it late in the evening, I said no, because I want to check the car during the day. I called him back today in the morning and I found that he transfer my car to another driver because for some reason he has to leave FL . I contacted Kat and I explain to her the situation, because at that time I have no idea who has my car, she prompt contact the truck company and she was told by them that the new driver will contact me for the delivery that was finally done 5:45 with a little of day light to check , but fortunately the car was all ok. Overall good experience

Hey Carlos, Thank you for writing a 5 star review, also Thank you for the opportunity to GET IT DONE. I was happy to get you out of that jam you were in. As promised when things get a tad sticky we are with you throughout the entire transport. Your car did stay on the same truck the entire time, when you requested the driver to delay the delivery to make it convenient, he let it his hub to deliver it today for you.
