We didn't choose the lowest price tranportation bid, but based on the reviews choose "Get It Done" to avoid any hastles. We placed our order on a Weekend, and were promptly contacted by Get It Done, and the pick up driver. A good start! Yea, but that was the last contact we ever received without calling a lot. Our car was supposed to be picked up Monday at the dealer... which was great... and delivered to Seattle before the end of the week, which would have been great if it was true. By Thurdsay AM we had not heard anything from anyone so I emailed both Get It Done and texted and phoned the driver. Later that day I phoned the driver again, and again that night, it was MORE 3 phone calls later before we heard back from the driver, who spoke almost no English. We had to call the dealer to verify the car was actually picked up.

Apparently when finally heard from the driver, our car had been sitting in Vancouver WA about 3 hours away, and the driver now told us it would be delivered sometime next week, but he didn't know when. We got the feeling he had been in Vancouver WA a couple of days already, and was trying to find a car in Seattle to pick up before he delivered ours. It was hard to figure it out though, because he spoke very poor English. Instead of waiting an unknown time, whatever that was, we drove the 3.5 hours to Vancouver WA to pick up the car from the driver Saturday, and drove back to Seattle after finally talking to his son.

When we picked up the car, it had ZERO gas in it, although the dealer said it left with a over a quarter tank (per our request). It litterally died ON THE TRUCK. The driver siphoned all the gas out! All of it! How cheap! I still have no response to my email sent to Get It Done before Christmas. Yikes.

So if you want to drive 3.5 hours (each way) to pick up your car for Door to Door delivery, and have all your gas siphoned out, and have to make a lot of calls to get any information, Get it Done is the company for you.

Van Rue, Thank you for your feed back, we encourage all feed back good and bad. I will say, out of the total 8 negative reviews out of our over 600, 5 star reviews this is a first of its kind. Carriers we use must be rated 98% or better w/ 5 yrs driving experience or more (we sent docs. to back that up, which you received) When the vehicle was picked up you were promised 5-7 day delivery, on day 5 you called to see where he was, he told you Vancouver and you would be delivered Mon. the 7th day, that was not good enough and you chose to pick it up yourself. On the bill of lading and inspection report it shows the gas tank was on empty when picked up, which the dealership signed off on before loading (we all have a copy of) I doubt the driver would siphone a QUARTER OF A TANK of unleaded fuel like you stated, when he drives a 18 wheeler diesel truck. Just because the driver had broken english does not mean he had bad work ethic. I think Get it Done's reputation speaks for itself, we work really hard transporting over 700 cars a month to please all over our clients. Upon request I have 1000's of references all across the country that had nothing less then a 5 star experience. Dave Pein 954-688-9190
