Service was done on time. Overall everything worked out fine. Also it is better to contact David by phone rather than by email. I didn't get a response for 2 days and decided to call. Afterwards I booked a shipping and waited for an agent to contact me but didn't hear back, so I decided to call David. Basically service is more efficient if you just call directly.
