Now that our car has safely arrived, I feel I can share my story. Our family relocated from CA to NJ and after reading reviews, we decided to go with Get IT Done. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE.

I had committed to get it done but them found another company that could pick up sooner. Dave, the owner personally called and guaranteed that his company would get it done. NEVER HAPPENED.

The original pickup date came and went with no communication. ZERO. The 24/7 customer service they promote on the website ...WAS CLOSED when we called in a panic over the no show.We were stuck so I gave them a second chance and that date came and went with no communication. We were left in a horrible position as we were now on the East Coast and the car was on the West and the company could not have been more rude. By the third time, of another late/ no show, we fired them. I then received threatening messages regarding the state of the car, that they knew who was the new shipper, and "good luck with my f**ing" car". A direct quote from the professionals at the dispatch that this company works with.

From start to finish, this company failed. In addition, they falsely advertise with 24/7 customer service which is clearly not accurate, since they are closed most of the weekend?!!!

I WOULD NEVER, NEVER use this company.

thank you for your feed back. Unfortunately, Emily is right! There was a delay due to a mechanical issue w/ the carrier. Mechanical issues are unforeseen and never expected but occasionally do happen. I do provide maintenance records on the carriers truck that the order was dispatched too, proving we only dispatch to maintained trucks and break down is unlikely. I told Emily of the break down, she demanded we pick her up now with no excuse. It was a weekend pick up and she called literally every 20 seconds after she was notified of the break down, screaming curse words and YOUR FIRED! On Monday the driver called saying the truck was out of shop and ready, she was very vulgar, screaming at him you are fired. She was never charged a dime. She also states the driver was rude back but I wasn't on the line to admit or deny her allegations. I can tell you every company we use to transport is rated 98% or better, get a full back ground check, and maintenance records are required. This info is forwarded on EVERY order to you the customer. This review proves all of our reviews are legitimate uncompensated for and done based off our great service we provide. I will say with less then 1% negative reviews out of the 500 plus reviews we have and shipping nearly 700 units a month, shows we take care of business as should be, you'll NEVER find a complaint of a up charge, or change in price. WE GUARANTEE OUR RATES and charge nothing until pick up. I have 1000's of references in any state across the U.S. and Hawaii upon request from customers that have received nothing less then 5 star service. Thank you again Dave Pein 954-688-9190
