David and Get It Done did a great job of getting my vehicle from the dealer in RI to my home. The driver selected was very pleasant and respectful. He explained a delay, that later turned into an early delivery which was well coordinated by phone.

My only downside to this adventure, though "up to two weeks" was clearly marked on the website so I'm not upset, was that there was not a lot of communication from the first agreement to the actual notification that a pickup/delivery had been scheduled. Even a courtesy email stating that "we are working to schedule a driver" would have been appreciated. I realize all of the trucking companies have many things to do, but I had my one car to get sorted out and for 6 days there was no word on any plans. Of course I was on the hook for the scheduled delivery but had no way of knowing when (not easy to do in all work environments).

Price and results matter! David got the job done well and at a great competitive price. Just promoting a little more customer care. At the time I had 10 quotes and 3-4 of the companies were looking to pick me up quick to fill a truck. I honored my request with David because I believe in America and small business, especially hard working ones. Others may have taken a quick way out when no communication was forthcoming. Just a thought.
