My experience with Get it Done company was atrocious. I contacted Dave on Wednesday September 12 via email, after considering a abundance of emails from different companies I decided to go with Get it Done, it had an attractive quote and the website seems honest enough, but boy do I regret my decision. On 9/13 I contacted Dave over the phone and made the deal. The deal was picking up a 2005 Dodge Magnum on Saturday 9/15. I called Dave Saturday he said the driver went to Coparts and it was close, that he was going to be there again on Monday 9/17, Monday went plus 4 more days and finally the driver picked up the car on Friday 9/21. I contacted Dave days prior this pick up stating that Coparts after 7 days of purchasing the vehicle charge $20 a day for storage fees, the 7 days were up on the 9/19 at 12pm. I was charge $60 for storage fees. I spoke to Dave and I was under the impression that he was going to deduct the extra $60 because they picked up the car late. His answer was very rude and he said he was not going to reimburse me this money I end up paying $680 instead of $620. He really contacted the driver on 9/19 not 9/13 like he was supposed to, and I know this because the lady that answered the phone you gave me of the driver told ME so. Dave Pein you are a lair and a fraud, what you preach on your website and emails is pure dishonesty.

I would like to make it clear, I have never discredited or debated any feedback bad or good, I always look at it as a stepping stone to get better BUT I am baffled by this review. We located a driver on 9/13 and told Mrs Ramos our driver would pick up 9/15 from the auction she said all was good. My driver went 200 miles out of his route in his rig (7 miles to a gallon) only to get there and the auction is CLOSED. My company paid the driver 150.00 for his time and fuel even though Mrs. Ramos said Sat. would work we covered it (we guarantee our rates) When we dispatched to the new driver, he got to the auction only to learn the vehicle did NOT RUN and was INOPERABLE which Mrs. Ramos stated in contract it was in good running condition, I contacted Mrs. Ramos told her of this, and mentioned there was a 125.00 inoperable fee that we would cover (again we guarantee our rates) the auction did not want to release the vehicle due to a 60.00 storage fee, I called Mrs. Ramos again and said my driver would pay it but would need to be reimbursed at delivery for the storage, she agreed. When the driver got there she said we should eat the cost on that too, I called her nicely and explained we endured 275.00 in additonal cost that we waived and we would not be paying her 60.00 storage fee. she only says I was rude because she didnt get her way. I am sorry you feel this way, and respect it, but after paying 275.00 to the carrier, the $60.00 storage was your responsibility. Shipping 700 cars a month and In our 500 plus positive reviews w/ less then 1% unhappy I think it shows we go above and beyond to GET IT DONE the right way. I hope this shows as a positive and not a negative that all our reviews are legitimate, uncompensated for and earned from our great work ethic. We do have over 1000 references all over the country upon request that have had nothing less then a 5 star experience with us. Thank you Dave Pein 954-688-9190
