Dave Got the job done, but...

This was my second time using Get it Done, and my first experience was excellent! My second experience did not go so well. I made arrangements with Dave Pein on Friday, Aug. 31 to have a vehicle shipped from IN to CA. The car is my daughter's boyfriend's. Did not expect to get the car picked up until after Labor Day. I was surprised when the courier called to pick up the car the next day. Although I could barely understand the foreign accent, the car got picked up. The driver called Monday night and said he would deliver the car the next night at 7:00 p.m. This is where things went wrong. I know this was not was not Dave's fault, and when he found out, he put the boots to em good! The driver started calling my daughter and her boyfriend numerous times at their workplace all morning demanding they take the car early, as in right now! Then he started threatening to drop the car off in places unknown or run several days worth of other transports and they would get the car whenever. My daughter had to leave her job, (this was her first day at a new job) to get the car and pay this goat herded. Again, I know this was not Dave's fault, and he worked hard to make it right, but too late. It was amazing how fast they got the car there, but not at the agreed upon time. I hope the sleeper cell operative driving the truck is deported. I don't think he'll be hauling for Get It Done anytime soon.

Brian, you got that right, they will NEVER haul for Get it done again. I am happy we got you picked up and delivered so fast but I do apologize for the lack of professionalism of the driver when it cam time to waiting til your daughter and son in law got off of work for delivery. They are highly rated and references are great but unfortunately they dont have a box to check for a bad attitude. I appreciate you pointing out that your 1st experience was good and I was there and took the proper steps to make this right. Thank you Dave Pein 954-688-9190
