GetItDone was very helpful and friendly through what can be a very confusing process of shipping your car. I was emailed a quote from them that was one of the lower ones I had received. I did have a little trouble getting to talk to someone about my quote and setting everything up but everyone I spoke with was very nice and courteous. My car was picked up on time by a professional driver and I was happy with that end of the transaction.
Unfortunately the delivery was another story. They used Carriage Auto Transport in the LA area and my warning is to tell them NOT to use them. I spent almost two days on the phone arguing with them about my car delivery and they continuously lied and delayed the delivery. BUT Dave from GetItDone was as helpful in getting that situation resolved as he could be. When he heard there was a problem he spoke with both me and Carriage to get things resolved and checked in with me repeatedly to ensure everything worked out. In the end Carriage delivered my car so late I had to take a cab from the airport after dropping off my rental. Dave refunded me some money from his own fee for the delivery fiasco, even though it wasnt his fault, as well as paying for my cab fare.
The people at GetItDone are extremely nice and are helpful even when things go awry. I would use them again.

Sarah, Thank you so much for your candid review. It means a lot to see the customer notices how much we care, and if things go awry, which occasionally will happen. Our belief is we don't live in a perfect world, in a rare instance there may be a small issue but it's what you do about the situation that counts!
