Car delivered 12 miles away

The car did not reach the destination doorstep nor 1 mile away. Instead, we were asked to pick up the car 12 miles away from the delivery address. Dealing with Kat Jolly of Get It Done was great, however, we did not know ahead of time that they used another carrier (Auto Transport Network-previously Rollover Transport) to actually drive the car on the open carrier across the country. The driver could hardly speak English and arrived at our destination after 9:00pm in the evening when it was difficult to assess if there was any damage to the outside of the car because it was already late at night.

Mrs. Dumlao, First I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have endured, BUT I am also happy to hear that overall you had a good experience. Unfortunately, door to door service is rendered 90% of the time. Due to low trees, city limits or whinny roads a carrier may ask to meet them. As explained as a broker we sub contract the work out the the carriers. What separates us from our competitors we only use carriers rated 98%, 5 years or more driving experience, and carry premium insurance.
