I shipped my daughter's car from Texas to Nevada. The driver, Joe, contacted me 2 days prior to pickup. The scheduled day was on Friday. He was able to pick up the car on Thursday. I arrived from Nevada 2 hours before pickup to follow my daughter to the location. After the rush of getting to my daughter's place, driving to the destination, arriving at the wrong address for pickup, Joe, was understanding. He waited for us to arrive at the correct location and loaded the car on the carrier. Joe was courteous and explained the process. The car arrived in Nevada safe and sound. I will gladly use this transport service again. Thank you, Joe and David!
