I was very hesitant when choosing a broker/carrier as this was the first vehicle I had every shipped. I received lots of quotes and so many phone calls that I stopped answering my phone. However, David emailed me a quote and didn't continue to flood my email with messages or continuously call me. That's one of the many reasons I knew that he was the broker to use. He was very honest and quick to find a carrier. He didn't pressure me to use him and was very straightforward.

I called him on a Wednesday afternoon and he told me he would call me right back. He called me back 15 minutes later with a carrier who wanted to pick up my car that day. There was a problem with the carrier's truck and didn't pick up until tomorrow. I wasn't under any time constraints so this wasn't a problem at all. Then my car arrived on Wednesday afternoon, a few days late but it didn't bother me. My only concern was that I was constantly on the phone with the carriers because they failed to contact me at all about delivery times/dates. Overall, David was great and I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone who has any shipping needs.

Hey Laura, Thank you so much for understanding occasionally mechanical issue will transpire, it is very rare when dealing with GET IT DONE because as the broker we require the carrier to provide us with maintenance records, also they must be rated 98% or better, 5 years driving experience or more and carry premium insurance with no deductible held accountable to you the customer.
