General experience was positive and good. I would use them again. The transport was for 2 cars. The first attempt had to be cancelled as one car wouldn't start. The company charged my credit card before they were supposed to do so (before the cars were loaded on the truck). I complained to the owner who said they didn't work that way, and he promised a refund. It came about 2 weeks later (a week later than promised- but the owner explained the delay...and the full refund did come). Two months later, I contacted the company by email on a Thursday afternon and told them I was ready to go. No problem, same price for 2 cars, they called back on Friday for Monday pick up, and delivery late Tuesday or early Wednesday ... to work around my schedule. Cars arrived about Noon on Wednesday. Good experience all way around.

Mr Moore, Thank you for writing your 5 star review based on your 5 star experience. Yes, typically the deposit is ONLY charged once the vehicle is ASSIGNED to the carrier, in your case we did have the carrier assigned but when he got there two of the cars wouldnt start, so we were forced to cancel until you fixed the issues with the vehicle.
