This company for me is what the American Experience is all about. "Get It Done Right" Being new to this experience, I had to contact the company and ask alot of qusestions so I would know what to expect. I was always able to speak with someone to get my questions answered. The owner even called several times.

Because they made me feel special, I decided this was the right company for me. I was a person and not a spam.

This company did things right. I expected a pick up on a Wednesday, well they called and advised that had a truck at my location and ask if they could pick up early, i agreed and they picked up, within two days I had my vehicle at my front door. The driver called when he was within 100 miles. I informed him to call when he got off the interstate Hwy. and I would give him directions to my house, he called while he was on the ramp to get off the freeway, within 20 minutes he was at my front door.

This is one of the best experiences I've had in dealing with business lately, the American dream is not loss, customer care is alive and well, and some companies do things right. I am grateful and thankful for a wonderful experience- I know I will do business with David Pein at Get It Done Transportation again.
