Not only did he explain the process in an easy manner, he instantly made me feel that my car would be transported in the most efficient and safe manner possible. The fact that this is David's family business drew me to him, and he made me feel like was his only customer. It can be scary to think of putting your car in someone else's hands, with David was always available to answer any questions I had, kept me posted on what to expect and provided a cell phone number to use day or night if I needed to contact him for any reason. The day of my pickup, I was contacted several hours before the driver arrived, as well as ten minutes before he reached my home. He was professional, friendly and thorough, providing me with route information and explaining the safety features of his rig. We completed a comprehensive check of my vehicle, which was again reviewed when my car reached its destination. The best part of working with Get It Done was the outstanding customer service. There was no pressure to sign with them, no hidden fees or extras not included. David ensured that I understood and felt comfortable with the process, and responded quickly to the dates I needed to work with once I signed on with him.
