I had an excellent experience with the transport of my car from Utah to Massachusetts. Dave Pein did a fine job from beginning to end. He was easily accessible by his cell phone and communicated with me promptly. The whole deal required only two phone calls. He picked up the car when he said he would and delivered within a day it was promised. The car arrived without any issues whatsoever. The cost was exceptionally good, nearly half the cost of other large carriers. Moreover, the service was better. The only issue was that the driver called me at 11:45pm wanting to deliver the car at that time. I told him no that it was too late so he rescheduled for the next day. The driver had to park and unload the car about a half mile from my house because he was concerned about possibly scratching the cars on the trailer on overhanging tree limbs (we live in a heavily wooded area). I took this as a positive, that he was being careful with the cars in his care. Overall, the transaction was excellent and the little glitches at the end were handled well. I would use Dave Pein's business again without a moments thought.
